When we say "we", we mean Modern Entertainment International, Inc - a New York corporation. When we say "event" or "events", we mean "Our Talented Children, the Concert"

In order to operate the Site and provide you with Site's and services, we may collect "contact information" (i.e., information that could be used to contact you such as full name, postal address, phone number and email address as well as your computer's unique IP address, if any), "financial information" (i.e., credit card numbers) and "demographic information" (e.g., zip code, postal code) from you. Please note that nowhere on the Site do we knowingly collect contact information or financial information from children under the age of 13.

We use your financial information to check your qualifications to perform sales and other transactions on the Site, to deliver the goods and services you have requested. We may also provide your financial information to your credit card issuer, financial institutions or credit card processors to process transactions. We may disclose specific financial information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to comply with law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of Modent.com or other visitors to the Site or users of services or products provided by Modent.com. We use contact information to be able to contact you in connection with event for which you purchased tickets (including event confirmations, changes and cancellations).
Modent.com WILL NOT share your contact information with ANY service providers.

All ticket prices for events are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Modent.com sells tickets on its behalf ONLY. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, Ticket Centers and Box Offices. Distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory.

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Modent.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Tickets purchased on Modent.com are subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In some cases, delivery prices will also be owed.

When purchasing tickets on Modent.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This amount is included on the event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection:

Modent.com WILL NOT issue any refunds after a ticket has been purchased
Modent.com WILL NOT issue any refunds for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets
Modent.com MAY issue refunds for MOVED, CANCELED or POSTPONED events

When Modent.com issues a refund, it will issue a refund of ONLY ticket's face value paid. If an event is canceled, moved or rescheduled, please Contact us for information on receiving a refund.

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Modent.com may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.

The Site may provide you with the opportunity to post information for display in areas of the site that are accessible to viewing by the general public ("public areas"), including, but not limited to, chat rooms and user-submitted concert or other event reviews. This privacy policy does not apply to any information that you submit for use in public areas. We ask that you do not submit any contact information or financial information for display in public areas, as other people who use the Site will see it. If you submit such information for display in public areas, Modent.com cannot prevent it from being used in a manner that violates the law, your personal privacy or your safety. By submitting such information for display in public areas, you assume the risks and sole liability arising as a result of such information being displayed.

The following is a partial list of the kind of User Content which is illegal or prohibited on the Site. It includes User Content that:
- is patently offensive to the online community, such as User Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
- could be harmful to minors
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person
- involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"

- contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page)

- provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18
- provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses
- solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
- engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes

No bulletin board, chat or other areas of this Site may be used by our visitors for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales or services of any kind. You must obtain our prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not resell or link to other sites for any purpose.

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not access, reload or "refresh" transactional event or ticketing pages, or make any other request to transactional servers, more than once during any three second interval. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own personal, non-commercial use) from the Site without the prior expressed written permission of Modent.com

EXCEPT IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE SUCH PROVISIONS ARE RESTRICTED, IN NO EVENT WILL MODENT.COM BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVNUES OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF MODENT.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
